Sorry if this is a bit much but Im extremely jealous of your body shape. HRT is taking its sweet time with mine.

here's the thing about HRT:

it doesn't just start telling your body where to put the fat, and then the fat starts migrating there. in fact, all the places where your body already deposited the fat is going to be where that fat stays, cuz hrt doesn't "move" fat at all! the only thing the hormones do is tell your body where to put fat.

youve gotta lose weight, and gain weight. when you lose weight, the "masculine" parts of the body start to thin out, and when you gain it, that weight starts being deposited in the "feminine" places!

and when i say "gain/lose weight" i don't mean anything drastic like losing 50 lbs or anything, i mean fluctuating within a range of 10-20 pounds. i regularly go back and forth between 230 and 245 over the period of a month.

now, in my case, i started my transition when i made a bunch of "i gotta start living healthier" decisions in my life last year, so i was already in the process of slimming down a bit from my 3-year-covid-depression form. that said, it wasnt a LOT of healthy life choices, just stuff like "i really shouldnt be drinking soda every day" and "i think it's a bad idea for me to not shower and stay inside as much as possible", so it was really just a matter of getting up and walking around regularly.

if i were to make a suggestion, i'd say try to be a little proactive about your body! do some squats while watching videos to make your thighs rounder. take your dog on longer walks. stuff like that! a little bit of effort over a long period of time (as little effort as saying "i think i'll stop drinking soda") can yield really positive results.
