New Quirk Name: Refraction

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to grow a series of small crystal protrusions around their body. The crystals are decently tough and can defend the user from small attacks. Their true power comes from how they can reflect and enhance light, letting the user fire light beams out over medium ranges. This works better with more intense sources of light, such as sunlight giving them weaker blasts that knock someone down while a spotlight could punch through concrete. This gives the user a good Quirk for combat, with their crystals working to protect them and decimate their foes with light. If nothing else, it can be effective in blocking and redirecting attacks from light-based Quirks. Though applying the Quirk does cause the crystals to break down, leaving the user with fewer opportunities to apply it. This does require some good control and angling of the crystals to land their shots, and enough light to be around to use greater attacks.
