In honor of Black History Month, our Nick Archives team unveils behind-the-scenes art behind some of our most iconic African-American Nicktoons, here featuring Libby Folfax from Jimmy Neutron, who made her first appearance in the pilot episode on July 20th, 2002. Libby was voiced by Crystal Scales, who also provided voices for Susie Carmichael’s older brother, Buster on Rugrats, as well as Lonnie on As Told By Ginger!
