So Christmas completely fucked up my diet, so I will be fasting until the new year and then continuing the diet from there :) Staying positive! Not letting this stop me.
My sister's wedding is in March, so I am going to get skinnier before then. I have to. I'm hoping to be down to around 160lbs by then, if not smaller. Going to start exercising soon, so if anyone knows any good workouts, let me know! :)
