21 Day Butt Lifting Challenge

Wanna get a butt lift? Try this 21 Day Butt Lifting Challenge.

Having a perky, lifted butt is great for looks but it’s even better & essential for athletic performance. 

Found this great 21 day butt lifting challenge, (seems like everyone’s jumping on the 21 day fitness challenges train post my #21daymilestreak  ;0), and thought I would share it.

The challenge is simple. Do the 5 exercises below each day for the prescribed number of reps and sets listed on the calendar.

  1. Single Leg Squat
  2. Pulsing Plie Squat
  3. One-Legged Reverse Plank Bridge
  4. Superman Lift
  5. Donkey Kick

You get a break every other day.

Be sure to do a quick 5 minute warm up and stretch after doing the exercises.
