AND HERE’S WHY:
- she blacked out all her social medias and websites, just like what happens during an eclipse
- there’s going to be a total eclipse across the entire continental united states in a few days for the first time in 99 years
- a total eclipse is usually a once in a lifetime thing just like this album
- an eclipse often symbolizes new beginnings and a cleanse
- eclipses are extremely emotional/moving events
- all color schemes on her tumblr are space related (see below)
UPDATE
so apparently the color scheme is actually due to taylor’s theme, so it no longer is really apart of this theory. HOWEVER the theory still stands! and yes, that is my screenshot, and it has more lines of code than the other one circulating so no I did not steal it, I’m sure more than 2 people in this fandom have the ability to look at lines of code and have seen it lolol anyways ECLIPSE!!!!!
